SaunaSpa 4-6 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna

The SaunaSpa 4-6 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna is a white cedar barrel built around a 6.2 kW electric rock heater that takes the cabin up to 194°F. It is a traditional sauna: pour water over the stones for steam, or run it dry. It comes in two styles that share the same cabin, heater, benches, door and roof.

Inside, two straight benches face each other with flat backrests rather than the curved wall you lean against in most barrels, and a chroma LED strip sits behind them. The walls, benches and backrests are 1.5 inch thick white cedar, and the door is 8 mm clear tempered glass. The roof is finished with waterproof cloth and bitumen shingles for rain and sun.

Choose your style:

• Without Porch (SS-OTBL004). At just under six feet long, it fits yards where a full-length barrel with a porch will not. Dual floor drains let water run out, which makes cleaning simple.
• With Front Porch (SS-OTBL003). The barrel extends into a covered front porch with two outside seats, so there is somewhere to cool down between rounds without leaving the sauna. A half-moon window in the rear wall gives a wide view out.

Before you order: this sauna needs a 240V electrical connection, and SaunaSpa recommends an electrician for the hookup. It arrives as partially pre-assembled panels that you assemble on site. Wood is a natural material. Each sauna's grain and finish is unique, and fading, small cracks and movement over time are normal. Color reproduction on screen may vary from the finished product.

This sauna is covered by the SaunaSpa Limited Warranty. Coverage is split by component, so it is worth reading:

• 5 years of structural coverage from the date of delivery.
• 2 years on parts, including electrical components, heaters and accessories, from the date of delivery.
• Original purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable, and it is valid in the United States and Canada.
• Labor is not covered. SaunaSpa provides replacement parts, a replacement unit or a refund at its discretion, and covers shipping on replacement parts.
• Residential use, installed per the instructions. Improper installation, modifications, unauthorized repairs and lack of reasonable maintenance are excluded.
• Natural changes in the wood such as fading, cracking or warping are normal wear and are not covered.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships by freight rather than parcel, SaunaSpa sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.

Delivery

• Shipping is free.
• Curbside delivery, signature required. The driver brings the shipment to the curb and no further. At 836 lbs (884 lbs with the porch) across the shipment, plan how the panels get from the curb to the site, and have help on hand.
• Prepare the site first. Have a level base ready and your 240V electrical run planned before delivery day.

Inspection, and your right to refuse

• Inspect before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing it. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged shipment makes a claim hard to win.
• You are entitled to refuse damaged freight. If the shipment is obviously damaged or crushed, refuse it.
• Open the packaging and report hidden damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim from there.

Cancellations and returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Opened or assembled saunas are reviewed before a return can be approved.
• A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
• Return shipping is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies. On an 836 to 884 lb freight item that is a significant number, so please be confident before ordering.
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty process, depending on what happened.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
