Description
The SaunaSpa Gale is the piece that turns a tub of cold water into a plunge you can use every day. It is a chiller and a heater in one cabinet: it cools the water down to 38°F, heats it up to 104°F, and holds it there, so there is no ice to buy and no waiting for a tub to warm up.
It is built to pair with SaunaSpa tubs, and it also connects to any cold plunge or hot tub with a standard inlet and outlet. Quick-connect hoses make the hookup tool-free. A built-in ozone generator and a replaceable filter keep the water clean, and anti-freeze, overload and leak protection are built in.
Run it from the touchscreen on the unit or from the WiFi app. Wheels and a carry handle make it easy to roll into place, indoors or out. Choose the 0.8 HP or the larger 1 HP unit.

- 0.8 HP. The compact unit at 18.5" × 13.8" × 20.9" and 77 lbs.
- 1 HP. The larger unit at 21.3" × 15.7" × 21.7" and 88 lbs, for bigger tubs, hotter climates or heavier use.

Warranty
This product is covered by the SaunaSpa Cold Plunge Units & Chillers Limited Lifetime Warranty. The terms that matter most:
- Limited lifetime coverage on covered components against defects in materials or workmanship, for the original purchaser, under normal residential use.
- Register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty.
- Keep your receipt. Proof of purchase is required for every claim.
- Residential use only. Commercial and business use is not covered.
- What is excluded: normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or operation, hard water or mineral deposits, corrosive chemicals, improper maintenance, and alterations to the product.
- Shipping, handling and labor are not covered under the warranty.

SaunaSpa Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. SaunaSpa sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Shipping is free.
- A signature may be required. Freight shipments are delivered curbside and need a signature on delivery.
Inspection, and your right to refuse
- Inspect before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing it.
- You are entitled to refuse a damaged shipment. If the unit is obviously damaged, refuse it.
- Open the packaging and report hidden damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim from there.
Cancellations and returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are reviewed before a return can be approved.
- A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
- Return shipping is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
- Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty process, depending on what happened.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
