Description
The SaunaSpa Borealis is a cold plunge and a hot tub in one unit, with the chiller and heater built in. There is no separate box to plumb and nowhere to hide hoses. Set the water anywhere from 37°F to 104°F from the touchscreen or the WiFi app, and the same tub covers a cold plunge in the morning and a warm soak at night.
The shell is acrylic on a stainless steel frame with a removable skirt. Two hydro jets move the water, underwater and chassis lights change color, and built-in Bluetooth speakers handle the music. An ozone generator and a replaceable filter keep the water fresh between changes.
It works indoors or outdoors, and quick-connect hoses, wheels and a carry handle make it straightforward to set up and reposition. Available in Blue or White.

Warranty
This product is covered by the SaunaSpa Cold Plunge Units & Chillers Limited Lifetime Warranty. The terms that matter most:
- Limited lifetime coverage on covered components against defects in materials or workmanship, for the original purchaser, under normal residential use.
- Register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty.
- Keep your receipt. Proof of purchase is required for every claim.
- Residential use only. Commercial and business use is not covered.
- What is excluded: normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation or operation, hard water or mineral deposits, corrosive chemicals, improper maintenance, and alterations to the product.
- Shipping, handling and labor are not covered under the warranty.

SaunaSpa Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships by freight rather than parcel, SaunaSpa sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Shipping is free.
- Curbside delivery, signature required. The driver brings it to the curb and no further. At 410 lbs, plan how it gets from the curb to where it will live, and have help on hand.
- Plan where it goes before it arrives. Filled, a plunge this size is extremely heavy. Site it on a surface rated to carry the load, such as a concrete pad, a reinforced deck or grade.
Inspection, and your right to refuse
- Inspect before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing it. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged shipment makes a claim hard to win.
- You are entitled to refuse damaged freight. If the unit is obviously damaged, refuse the shipment.
- Open the packaging and report hidden damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim from there.
Cancellations and returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are reviewed before a return can be approved.
- A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
- Return shipping is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies. On a freight item this size that is a significant number, so please be confident before ordering.
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
- Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty process, depending on what happened.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
