Why I Started This

There was a stretch where I stopped taking care of myself. I could not walk around my own house without being out of breath or dealing with back pain.
Getting back in shape gave me my energy back and a lot more control over how I felt day to day. What stuck with me afterward was that the barrier for most people is not willpower. It is time. Nobody has three free weekends to research a cold plunge.
That is what Motion Theory Labs is for. I do the research and the vetting so you do not have to, whether you are training for a marathon like I am or just want something left in the tank after work.
I am a Marine Corps veteran and I founded Motion Theory Labs here in Owatonna, Minnesota. I chose every product on this site and signed every dealer agreement behind it. If something goes wrong with your order, it comes back to me.
