How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Parcel orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 5 to 8 business days of transit, so 6 to 11 business days from your order date. Large freight items follow the estimate shown on their product page, which covers handling and transit for that item. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow it.
Do You Offer Free Shipping on Reformers, Saunas, and Cold Plunges?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges and other large equipment, with no order minimum. Smaller items ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx; large items ship by freight carrier, curbside, with a delivery appointment. Optional in-home delivery or assembly is priced on the product page where it is offered.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, contact our support team and we will walk you through the return process. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, less a 25% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Where a manufacturer sets stricter terms for a product, the product page states them and they apply to that product.
