Description
The Total Spectrum ULTRA is the full-body panel with the smarter optics: 480 LEDs across a 64-inch housing, on an adjustable electric stand that positions it over a bed or massage table for lying down, or upright for standing sessions.
Where the ULTRA separates itself is the lens system. Three different beam angles work together — a 30° core, 60° inner lenses for edge-to-edge spread, and 15° outer lenses that keep the light on you instead of the wall. Voice control and Bluetooth audio, so you never have to reach for a remote mid-session.

Warranty
Every RLT Home device carries a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects that render the device inoperable or impair its expected function — faulty LEDs, power issues, or structural failures caused by manufacturing errors.
Not covered: misuse or abuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect performance, improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, use outside the recommended guidelines, and damage occurring after delivery.
Warranty service is handled by RLT Home directly. Email contact@redlighttherapyhome.com with the subject line "Defect/Malfunction - Order #" and photos or video of the issue, or call +1 888-703-6658. They review claims within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Returned units are inspected within 2 to 4 business days of arrival.
The device and the stand ship in separate boxes and may arrive on different days.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
