Our springy-soft organic wool pillows are made by combining over 30 years experience at the forefront of our industry with time-tested materials. Our organic wool is resilient yet yielding, which makes for a wonderful pillow. When you include the additional benefits of wool, such as moisture, mold, and dust mite resistance and thermal regulation--keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter--you just may have the perfect pillow.
Firm
Ideal for side sleepers, these thick and lofty wool pillows fill the space between your shoulders and head. Handcrafted from many layers of organic wool batting and encased in 100% organic, American grown cotton, these fluffy pillows are as pure and comfortable as a cloud.
Soft
Made for people who sleep on their back or stomach, these wool pillows have a lower loft that fills the contour of your neck without lifting your head too high. Each pillow is made by hand here in our Seattle shop from layers of 100% organic wool and American grown organic cotton.

Care
Organic Wool Pillows, both soft and firm, cannot be washed. Please use a pillowcase to keep your pillow clean. In case of an accident, use a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol to spot clean the pillow. Air dry outside, preferably on a sunny day (sunlight acts as a natural dry clean for wool).
Soaring Heart Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is a handmade personal bedding item, Soaring Heart sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Handmade in Washington. Allow 1 to 2 weeks before it ships, then transit time.
- Ships within the continental United States.
Cancellations and returns
- Contact Motion Theory Labs before your order ships if you need to cancel.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. The pillow must be unused and in its original packaging, and a return authorization is required before anything is sent back.
- Approved returns are subject to our 25% restocking fee.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with photos.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
