The Ergonomic Organic Latex Pillow is a contoured pillow with two zones of different height, one for side sleeping and one for back sleeping. The molded latex holds its shape under your head and fills the curve of your neck rather than flattening.
Like the Natural Latex Pillow, the Ergonomic Organic Latex Pillow will hold its shape for years, requiring no fluffing, shaking, or shaping. You get the same pillow every night, night after night and the latex's natural open cell structure doesn't retain body heat, thus keeping the pillow cool and you comfortable.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is a personal bedding item, Soaring Heart sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Allow 1 to 2 weeks before it ships, then transit time.
- Ships within the continental United States.
Cancellations and returns
- Contact Motion Theory Labs before your order ships if you need to cancel.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. The pillow must be unused and in its original packaging, and a return authorization is required before anything is sent back.
- Approved returns are subject to our 25% restocking fee.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with photos.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
