Kapok, a fluffy, silky fiber from the seed of the kapok tree (also called the ceiba tree), is incredibly light and airy, water-resistant, and 100% botanical. Kapok also has the distinction of being one of the few sustainable rainforest crops.
Our pillows feature 28 oz. of natural, untreated kapok fibers inside an unbleached, organic cotton case with a zipper, so filling can be added or removed as necessary to suit any style of sleeping. Every time we make a new batch of these beautiful pillows, they sell out almost faster than we can keep up! Care
Kapok is a flammable fiber - do not put in the dryer to fluff! Do not attempt to wash any pillows that are made with loose batting - they will clump. These pillows may be gently spot cleaned with water and mild detergent if necessary, but don't try to remove the fill or put them in the washing machine.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is a handmade personal bedding item, Soaring Heart sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Handmade in Washington. Allow 1 to 2 weeks before it ships, then transit time.
- Ships within the continental United States.
Cancellations and returns
- Contact Motion Theory Labs before your order ships if you need to cancel.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. The pillow must be unused and in its original packaging, and a return authorization is required before anything is sent back.
- Approved returns are subject to our 25% restocking fee.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with photos.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
