Description
The Air Relax Pro AR-4.0 is a sequential compression system for the legs. A control unit drives a pair of full-length inflatable sleeves, filling and releasing in a repeating cycle so the pressure moves along the leg rather than squeezing everywhere at once. You set a mode, a pressure and a time, put your legs up, and leave it running.
It is FDA cleared under 510(k) K212491, product code IRP. Its cleared indication is the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pains, and a temporary increase in circulation to the treated areas, in people who are in good health. We list that plainly because a compression system sold in the US for circulation is a Class II medical device, and the cleared wording is the wording that counts.
The AR-4.0 is the Pro tier of the Air Relax range. A 5.5-inch LCD touch screen keeps the controls straightforward, the unit is quiet enough to sit beside a sofa, and an optional battery pack runs it away from an outlet. Note that AR-4.0 garments are not interchangeable with the older AR-2.0 and AR-3.0 sleeves.

The Air Relax Pro AR-4.0 carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, valid for the original purchaser from the date of purchase.

Air Relax Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Air Relax sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Ships by parcel carrier from Air Relax's California facility, direct to your address.
- Shipping is included in the price shown. There is no separate freight charge at checkout.
- This is a parcel delivery rather than a freight delivery, so no appointment is scheduled and no signature window applies.
Inspection
- Check the carton on arrival and photograph any damage to the packaging before opening it.
- Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the carrier claim while it can still be won.
Cancellations and returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before anything is sent back. Contact us and we will arrange it.
- The product and its packaging must come back new and undamaged. Anything showing wear or soiling cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns, and return shipping is your responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, including where an order is refused at the door.
- Defective products are handled through the warranty process above rather than as a return.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
