Description
The Air Relax Battery Pack takes your Air Relax system off the wall outlet. It powers the Air Relax Pro AR-4.0 and the Air Relax Plus AR-3.0 control units for up to 3 hours of continuous use on a full charge, so a session can happen in the car, at the gym, on the sideline or anywhere a plug is out of reach.
It runs on Samsung battery cells, chosen for safety and reliability, and a built-in power protection system keeps both the battery pack and the control unit safe while charging. Four LED indicators show the remaining charge at a glance. A full recharge takes about 5 hours.
It comes in a protective case made from crush-resistant, shock-absorbing, weather-resistant EVA, so it can ride in a gym bag alongside the rest of the system.

Warranty
The Air Relax Battery Pack carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and use outside the user manual are not covered.

Air Relax Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Air Relax sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Ships by parcel carrier from Air Relax's California facility, direct to your address.
- Shipping is included in the price shown. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Inspection
- Check the carton on arrival and photograph any damage to the packaging before opening it.
- Report shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file the carrier claim while it can still be won.
Cancellations and returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before anything is sent back. Contact us and we will arrange it.
- The product and its packaging must come back new and undamaged. Anything showing wear or soiling cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns, and return shipping is your responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable, including where an order is refused at the door.
- Defective products are handled through the warranty process above rather than as a return.

Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
