Pillows in wool, kapok, latex, buckwheat and alpaca, with the cases, comforters and bedding to match. Each page lists the fill, the loft options, the sizes and how to care for it.
Side sleepers need a high, firm pillow that fills the gap between shoulder and head. Back and stomach sleepers need a lower loft that supports the neck without lifting the head. If you do not know your loft, start with a kapok or buckwheat pillow, which adjusts through a zipper.
Can It Be Washed
It depends on the fill. Wool bolus and shredded latex pillows can go in a machine. Alpaca washes in cold water. Wool comforters soak and spin only, never a wash cycle. Wool batting, kapok and cotton are spot clean only, and buckwheat hulls never get wet. Read the care line before you buy, and buy two cases.
Which Comforter Weight Should I Choose
The wool comforters we carry come in three weights: about 2.6, 3.6 and 5.6 pounds of wool in a twin, roughly double in a king. Pick by your climate and whether you run warm or cool. Measure your duvet cover first; twin, full and queen share one size on most, and king is about 108 by 92 inches.
Can I Return a Pillow or Comforter
Only unused, in original packaging, within 30 days of the ship date, with a return authorization and a 25 percent restocking fee. Pillows and comforters are personal items, so there is no trial. Everything in this category is made after you order and ships in one to two weeks.
