Shipping

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A restocking fee applies to all approved returns on these items. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
