Clean, architectural lines and durable frame construction give it the presence of a built-in spa, while the portable format means it sets up on any flat surface in an afternoon, no contractor required.
Where the Oslo separates itself is the water. Beyond MSpa's signature all-around air bubbling, the Oslo layers in hydro-massage jets — 4 jet sets with 8 adjustable nozzles each — for targeted pressure on the back and shoulders after a hard day or a hard session. A 1,350W heater holds a true 104°F, a foldable OLED touch screen and the MSpa app put control at your fingertips, and a UVC sanitizer with smart filtration keeps the water clean with less hands-on maintenance.

The MSpa Oslo is covered by MSpa's Frame Series limited warranty against manufacturing defects, valid for the original owner from the date of purchase.

Warranty conditions:
- Applies to the first owner only and is non-transferable.
- For home use only — commercial or rental use voids the warranty.
- Keep your original proof of purchase — it is required for any warranty claim. The serial number is on the back of the controller and on one of the engine-block feet.
- We recommend registering your spa with MSpa after delivery.
Warranty service is handled by MSpa directly. Register your spa with MSpa after delivery, then use MSpa’s Support Center to locate your local service provider. Keep your original proof of purchase, as it is required for any claim.
MSpa Return Policy
Because of the size and nature of this product, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- A restocking fee applies to approved returns, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Once opened or filled, the item is not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the MSpa warranty process — see the Warranty tab above.
- A return authorization is required before shipping any item back.

Shipping
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

A Post-Delivery Call
Freight is not parcel delivery. The window to report damage is short, often 24 to 48 hours from the moment you sign, and on some products transit damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty at all. The exact terms for this product are in the Shipping and Delivery section below.
That Window Is Why We Do Two Things Rather Than One
What We Send, and What the Call Covers
When your order ships, we send you a written inspection guide. How many boxes to expect, what it should look like coming off the truck, what to photograph, and what to note on the delivery receipt before you sign. A clean signature on a damaged shipment is what makes a claim hard to win, and you are entitled to refuse a damaged delivery, which is worth deciding before delivery day rather than with a driver waiting.
After it arrives, we call you. We schedule that call inside the reporting window rather than whenever is convenient, because once the window closes there is nothing left to do. It covers three things:
- That it arrived, and arrived intact. We go through what came off the truck and what you found when you checked it.
- Anything that did not. If there is damage, we take it from there. What to photograph, what to file, and we deal with the carrier.
- Who to contact for what. Warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer and we give you the name. Anything to do with delivery, freight, or damage in transit comes to us and we handle it.
Ten to fifteen minutes depending on what we find, included on every freight order. We schedule it, you do not have to chase us.
