Description
The MiM USA Hercules Pro is a selectorized all-in-one gym with a 400 lb weight stack, so cable work is a pin change rather than a plate change. Around the stack it builds a Smith machine, functional trainer, adjustable bench, low row, lat pulldown, dip station, chin-up station, core trainer, jammer arms and a vertical leg press.
What sets it apart is the interchangeable resistance ratio. Run the cables at 1:1 for heavy strength work, or switch to 2:1 for lighter loads, higher reps and faster conditioning work. Numbered holes on the pulley columns make height adjustments repeatable, and a steel cable rod stopper keeps the stack secure between sets.
The details are where it earns the commercial label. Precision solid iron rails keep the movement smooth and quiet, the aluminum bar is fully knurled, the dip handles adjust and carry non-slip grips, and the cable length adjusts to fit the user. The frame is backed by a lifetime warranty.

MiM USA equipment is warranted directly by the manufacturer, A Plus Commerce (MiM USA) of Conroe, Texas.
- Frame: Lifetime structural warranty
- Parts, including cables and pulleys: 1 year
- First owner only. The warranty does not transfer to second-hand or resold equipment.
- Covers normal home use. MiM USA's published warranty terms exclude commercial application.
- Not covered: surface rust, damage in transit (see inspection below), misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration and improper assembly.

MiM USA Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships directly from MiM USA, some terms differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states, directly from MiM USA's facilities in Texas or California. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping; contact us before ordering.
- Ships within 3 business days of order processing by UPS or FedEx, then typically 4 to 10 business days in transit.
- Multi-box delivery. The Hercules Pro arrives in 19 packages weighing about 1,040 lbs combined. Assembly is not included.
Inspection
- Count the packages and inspect them before you sign. If a box is missing or damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations and returns
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship. A cancellation after processing may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%, and a refused delivery makes the buyer liable for the actual shipping charges.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of arrival, and the machine must be new, undamaged and in its original packaging. A return authorization is required before anything is shipped back.
- Refunds are the purchase price less shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. On a 19-box, 1,040 lb machine that adds up, so please be confident in the model and your space before ordering.
- Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the inspection process above or the warranty, depending on what happened.

Ships in 3 business days, then 4 to 10 business days in transit
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
