Description
The MiM USA Hercules 1001 puts a full commercial strength floor into one frame. It combines a Smith machine, functional trainer, power cage, vertical leg press, dip and chin-up station, jammer arms and an adjustable bench with leg extension. For most people that covers every lift they would otherwise need a gym membership for.
The build is commercial grade throughout. A solid weight rod runs on copper bushings, the plate sleeves are hard chrome plated, and the cables are extended so the functional trainer has usable range at both the top and bottom of a movement. Rubber stoppers and spring clips keep the Smith carriage and plates quiet and controlled.
It ships with the full attachment set: lat bar, straight bar, curl bar, knurl bar, functional training bar, triceps bar, V-handle, strap handles, ankle strap, triceps rope, crossover handles and leg press attachments. There is built-in storage for Olympic and standard bars, plates and cable attachments, so the kit lives on the machine instead of the floor.

Warranty
MiM USA equipment is warranted directly by the manufacturer, A Plus Commerce (MiM USA) of Conroe, Texas.
- Frame: Lifetime structural warranty
- Cables and pulleys: 1 year
- First owner only. The warranty does not transfer to second-hand or resold equipment.
- Covers normal home use. MiM USA's published warranty terms exclude commercial application.
- Not covered: surface rust, damage in transit (see inspection below), misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration and improper assembly.

MiM USA Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships directly from MiM USA, some terms differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states, directly from MiM USA's facilities in Texas or California. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping; contact us before ordering.
- Ships within 3 business days of order processing by UPS or FedEx, then typically 4 to 10 business days in transit.
- Multi-box delivery. The Hercules 1001 arrives in 12 packages weighing about 680 lbs combined. Assembly is not included.
Inspection
- Count the packages and inspect them before you sign. If a box is missing or damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, then contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com as soon as possible.
Cancellations and returns
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they ship. A cancellation after processing may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%, and a refused delivery makes the buyer liable for the actual shipping charges.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of arrival, and the machine must be new, undamaged and in its original packaging. A return authorization is required before anything is shipped back.
- Refunds are the purchase price less shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. On a 12-box, 680 lb machine that adds up, so please be confident in the model and your space before ordering.
- Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the inspection process above or the warranty, depending on what happened.

Our Shipping Policy
Ships in 3 business days, then 4 to 10 business days in transit
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
