Living Earth Crafts Ultima Reset Lounger

The Living Earth Crafts Ultima Reset Lounger is the flagship of LEC's Reset Touchless Vitality Collection, and the only one that carries everything. Mind-Sync 2.0 vibro-acoustic sound, a Celluma Pro® LED light therapy system with two independent panels, Normatec® Elite compression boots, a Hyperice® Hypervolt® 3 Pro massage gun, a ThermaSoft™ dual-zone embedded warmer and an EarthConnect™ grounding strip, all on one zero gravity lounger.

The idea is a stacked session. In 25 minutes you can run Mind-Sync through the headphones and the frame, wear the boots, lay a Celluma panel where you need it and keep the warmer on, all at once, instead of moving between four different devices. Each device is tethered to the lounger, stores in its own place, and recharges on the unit.

Mind-Sync 2.0 runs twelve programs from a touch screen in three categories: stress reduction and recovery, positive mindset, and mental performance. The Normatec Elite boots run seven levels of compression and fit a wide range of heights, from 5'4" to 6'3". The Celluma system is an FDA-cleared, Class II over-the-counter LED device. The IceBlock™ base underneath is LED-lit with 64 color patterns.

Living Earth Crafts covers this lounger under its Lifetime Limited Warranty. Coverage is split by component, so it is worth reading past the headline.

• Frame: lifetime for the original owner, or five years after the model is discontinued, against defects in material and workmanship
• Foam and upholstery covering: 3 years
• Motors, controls, actuators and hydraulic systems: 2 years, parts and labor
• Built-in recovery devices: 1 year. The Normatec boots, Hypervolt massage gun and Celluma LED system are covered as accessories.
• Other accessories and options: 1 year, unless otherwise noted
• Repair or replacement is at Living Earth Crafts' discretion, with warranty service on-site where feasible. Repaired products return with standard shipping prepaid within the continental United States.
• What is excluded: normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, and damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments or neglect, including tears in the upholstery and damage from harsh chemical cleaners.

To open a claim, email support@motiontheorylabs.com with your proof of purchase and the lounger's serial number. We open the claim with Living Earth Crafts and stay on it until it is resolved.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is built to order and ships by freight rather than parcel, Living Earth Crafts sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.

Delivery

• Free shipping is included in the price, to the lower 48 states. Alaska or Hawaii? Contact us for a delivery quote.
• Built to order. Living Earth Crafts builds each lounger after your order is placed, then ships it by freight directly to you. We confirm timing with you once your order is in.
• Insured in transit. Every lounger is inspected, packed in protective materials and insured against damage during shipment.

Inspection at Delivery

• Inspect before you sign. Check the outside of the box and the lounger itself, and write any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing it. Signing a clean receipt for damaged freight is the one thing that makes a claim hard to win.
• Tell us right away, within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, at support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim with Living Earth Crafts from there.
• Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty, and neither costs you anything.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery. Email support@motiontheorylabs.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Every return needs an authorization before anything ships back.
• New condition, original packaging, with your receipt. Return freight is the customer's cost, and our standard 25% restocking fee applies.
• Custom orders cannot be returned. If you ask for something outside the standard options, such as a custom laminate color Living Earth Crafts has to source, we tell you before you order that it is not returnable.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
