Elina Pilates Hollow Arc

The Elina Pilates Hollow Arc is an open curve that sits on the mat and changes what mat work can do. Lie back over it for a supported stretch along the spine, or turn it to load the back, feet and shoulders in ways a flat mat cannot.

The open underside is what sets it apart from a solid arc. It is lighter to move, and the hollow lets it be used both ways up, so one piece covers posture, back lengthening and strengthening work, and makes an exercise easier or harder as a client needs. Instructors use it to scale a class and to support rehab clients without bringing in a larger apparatus.

The frame is plywood with reinforcements, finished with aluminum lugs, padded with high-density EVA foam and covered in a synthetic leather Elina developed specifically for Pilates. An antiskid system keeps it planted on the floor. Built in Spain by Elina Pilates.

Elina Pilates warrants the Hollow Arc against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. The padding and upholstery fabric are the exception: they are covered for 90 days.

• What is covered: the frame and components for 2 years; the padding and upholstery fabric for 90 days
• What is not covered: misuse, unauthorized modification, outdoor or humid storage, and damage from harsh cleaning products. Cuts, stains or burns to the fabric, and damage to the finish, are not covered.
• How to make a claim: because you bought through Motion Theory Labs, an authorized Elina Pilates dealer, warranty claims come to us rather than to Elina. Contact support@motiontheorylabs.com with your order number and photos, and we will handle the claim with Elina for you.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Where Elina Pilates sets terms that differ from those, the terms below govern.

Delivery

• Ships direct from Elina Pilates to your delivery address. Shipping is included in the price, with no delivery charge at checkout.
• Black and Grey are held as standard stock. Red is produced to order, which takes up to 12 weeks before it ships.
• We confirm current availability with the manufacturer before your order is placed, and will contact you if anything has changed.

Inspection, and your right to refuse

• Inspect the carton before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork before signing, or refuse the delivery outright.
• Report any concealed damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item.

Cancellations and returns

• Made-to-order colors cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Returns of stocked colors are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus return freight.
• Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return authorization.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
• Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
• You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
• Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
