Description
The Elina Pilates Ped & Pull is the piece of classical apparatus most studios skip and most physiotherapists wish they had. A stainless steel post carrying two spring-loaded handles, it trains shoulder mechanics and postural awareness standing up, in roughly the footprint of a bar stool.
It earns its place with people who cannot yet load a reformer. Shoulder and upper-back injuries respond to exactly this kind of controlled, low-load spring resistance, and because the work is done standing, the user builds core strength and balance at the same time as they rebuild the shoulder. Elina designed the base in a heart shape so the feet can sit either side of the post rather than behind it, which is what lets the movement stay square.
It free-stands on the weighted maple base, or the post can be anchored to a wall if the floor space is needed for something else. Built in Beriain, Spain.

Delivery
- Ships direct from Elina Pilates to your delivery address. Shipping is included in the price, with no delivery charge at checkout.
- We confirm current availability with the manufacturer before your order is placed, and will contact you if anything has changed.
Inspection, and your right to refuse
- Inspect the carton before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery paperwork before signing, or refuse the delivery outright.
- Report any concealed damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item.
Cancellations and returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus return freight.
- Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return authorization.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
