SteamSpa Black Series Steam Generator Package with Dual Aroma Pump

The SteamSpa Black Series Steam Generator Package with Dual Aroma Pump is everything needed to turn a tiled, enclosed shower into a steam room, in one box and one matte black finish. The package pairs a QuickStart steam generator with a wall-mounted touchscreen control, WiFi app control, Bluetooth audio with two speakers, chroma lighting and a dual aroma pump.

The touchscreen sets time and temperature and stores custom profiles. An external on/off button mounts outside the shower, so you can start the steam before you step in. The dual aroma pump holds two 1000 ml glass canisters and feeds scent into the steam, and the solid steel steamhead has its own aroma reservoir.

The generators use Teflon-coated heating elements, and every package ships with the safety hardware: a pressure relief valve and a drain pan for each generator.

Before you order: a steam generator is a plumbed and wired appliance. A licensed installer is required, and the SteamSpa warranty is void without one. Size the generator to your shower using the guide below, and read the Warranty section for the installation conditions.

Generator size follows the cubic feet of the steam enclosure: width × length × height. SteamSpa's sizing guide:

• 9 kW: roughly 84 to 140 cubic feet, for example a 3 × 5 × 7 ft or 4 × 4 × 7 ft shower.
• 10.5 kW: roughly 126 to 168 cubic feet, for example a 3 × 7 × 7 ft or 4 × 6 × 7 ft shower.
• 12 kW: roughly 147 to 315 cubic feet, for example a 4 × 7 × 7 ft or 5 × 8 × 7 ft shower.
• 15 kW (2 × 7.5 kW) and 18 kW (2 × 9 kW): dual-generator packages for larger enclosures. Contact us with your room dimensions and we will confirm the size with SteamSpa before you order.

Where two sizes overlap, materials matter. Natural stone, glass walls and high ceilings take more steam than ceramic tile. If you are between sizes, ask us at support@motiontheorylabs.com before ordering.

SteamSpa covers this package under its limited lifetime warranty for steam generators. Coverage is split by component, and it comes with installation conditions that are worth reading before you buy.

• Lifetime on the steam generator against defects in materials and workmanship.
• 1 year on controls and accessories, including the control panel, lights, steamheads, aroma pump, speakers and drain pan, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
• A licensed installer is required. The warranty is void if the generator is not installed by one.
• An inline water filter is required, changed every 6 months, and the installation must use the quick-connect fittings.
• Residential use only. Damage from electrical surges or lightning, local water conditions, and installation or operation outside the SteamSpa manual is excluded.
• Report scratches and finish defects within 5 days of delivery.

Delivery

• Shipping is free.
• Check the contents on arrival. Open every box and check the parts against the What's Included list before your installer starts.

Inspection

• Report shipping damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim from there.

Cancellations and returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Opened or installed items are reviewed before a return can be approved.
• A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
• Return shipping is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty process, depending on what happened.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
