The Inflatable Plunge delivers full hot and cold therapy in a portable, drop-stitch PVC build that sets up in about 15 minutes. Choose your chiller tier based on how fast and how cold you want to go: the .3 HP chiller cools to 37°F, the .8 HP chiller reaches 35°F with a faster cooling rate, and the 1 HP chiller hits the deepest 32°F with ice-producing capability and the fastest recovery between sessions. All tiers heat up to 107°F.

A two-stage filtration system paired with an ozone generator keeps water clean with minimal upkeep, and the fully insulated, UV-resistant tub comes with a clip-on cover and straps to hold temperature between sessions. Full Wi-Fi app control lets you manage settings and build a plunge schedule from anywhere.

What people like

This compact cold therapy system is highly praised by users for its vertical, space-saving design and efficient temperature control. Reviewers frequently highlight the ease of setup, often taking less than thirty minutes from unboxing to filling. The construction quality is noted as being exceptionally sturdy for an inflatable, with a heavy-duty feel similar to professional equipment. While primarily recognized for its cooling performance in high-ambient temperatures, the integrated filtration and ozone systems are also valued for keeping the water sanitized and clear over extended periods of use. It is widely considered an excellent, high-value alternative to permanent installations for both athletes and wellness enthusiasts.

Pros

  • Quick Assembly: Most users report that the entire system can be assembled and ready for water in under thirty minutes with clear instructions.
  • Efficient Cooling: The powerful chiller is capable of dropping water temperatures by roughly ten degrees per hour and maintains consistent cold even in high heat.
  • Space-Saving Design: The vertical barrel configuration requires very little floor space, making it ideal for small patios or garages where larger horizontal tubs will not fit.
  • Robust Construction: The drop-stitch material provides a rigid and durable frame that feels solid and stable once fully inflated, comparable to a hard-shell tub.
  • Advanced Filtration: The dual-phase filtration and ozone purification system are noted for keeping water clean and safe for weeks with minimal manual maintenance.

Cons

  • High Initial Investment: The premium price tag makes this a substantial financial commitment compared to basic entry-level or DIY cold therapy setups.
  • Condensation Management Issues: Users have noted that moisture can accumulate underneath the tub, potentially leading to mold if it is not placed on a raised or breathable platform.
  • Heavy Chiller Unit: The cooling component weighs approximately 60 pounds, which may make it difficult for a single person to move or position during the initial setup process.
  • Continuous Power Draw: While more cost-effective than purchasing ice, the unit consumes a noticeable amount of electricity, particularly when the compressor is actively engaged in cooling.
