Waveguard's Qi Device for Large Spaces
The Qi-Max is the Waveguard Qi device made for large homes and workplaces, with a larger range than the Qi-Home Cell. Waveguard designs its Qi devices to harmonize the electromagnetic fields from the devices and networks around you, using what it calls natural frequencies. It is passive: no power and no installation.
The Qi-Max is developed in Germany and made by hand in the USA from high-quality materials, in a classic design meant to sit in plain sight. If you move, it moves with you.
How to Use
Place the Qi-Max in a central spot in your home or work area, at least 18 inches from electrical devices and power lines. It does not plug in, and Waveguard states its field is fully active 24 hours after placement.
According to TÜV Rheinland, the Qi-Max is safe for adults, children and pets.
Waveguard Qi devices are not medical devices. Nothing on this page claims that they diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Warranty
Waveguard covers the Qi-Max with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For a warranty claim, contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will handle it with Waveguard.
Waveguard Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships direct from Waveguard, some terms differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Free shipping within the United States.
- Ships direct from Waveguard. In-stock orders leave within 2 business days, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as it ships.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com before sending anything back and we will arrange the return with Waveguard.
- You pay return shipping.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. A product returned damaged or with missing parts may be refunded less the cost of repair or replacement.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
