The Turbo Mini Black Edition is a commercial-grade chiller and heater for cold plunge pools — 4 hp and 10,000 watts of cooling from a single engine, in a cabinet small enough to sit beside the bath rather than in a plant room.
What that power actually buys you is time. The Turbo Mini pulls a bath down to temperature in about an hour. Most consumer chillers take most of a day, which is fine if one person plunges each morning and useless if six people need the bath between sessions. This is a machine for the second situation.
It heats as well as chills, across a range of 4°C to 40°C (39°F to 104°F), so a single unit can run a cold plunge on Monday and a warm soak on Tuesday, or serve a contrast setup. It is rated for continuous 24/7 operation and runs at 58 dB measured at 5 meters — quiet enough to sit near a training floor.
Will it run my bath?
The Turbo Mini handles baths up to 2,000 liters, or roughly 6 users. That is the number that decides whether this is the right unit, and it is worth checking against your pool before anything else.
Above 2,000 liters you want the Turbo Typhoon, which is rated to 10,000 liters. Ask us and we will price one.
Two things can move that ceiling in practice: what your bath is made of, and how far the chiller sits from it. A long run of pipe or an uninsulated shell both cost you capacity. If your setup is unusual — a long cable run, an outdoor install in extreme heat, a stainless pool — send us the details and we will confirm the sizing before you buy rather than after.
It is designed to pair with the iCoolsport TR2000, MiPod Pro, MiPod Elite and Ultra, and it works with plunge pools from other manufacturers.

The bath, the plumbing between the bath and the chiller, and any filtration are separate. This is the machine, not a complete system. If you are building a plunge from scratch rather than adding a chiller to one you already own, talk to us about the all-in-one MiPod range instead — it may work out cheaper and it is a far simpler install.
Electrical — read before ordering. A 4 hp, 10,000 W unit is not a standard convenience-outlet appliance. Every Turbo Mini is built to order with the supply specified for its destination, so tell us your location when you order and we will confirm the exact circuit requirement with the factory before your build starts. Warranty
The Turbo Mini Black Edition carries a two-year manufacturer warranty, structured in two parts. The two years are not identical, and the difference is worth understanding before you buy.
- Year one — full repair or replace. A covered fault is repaired or the part replaced, with parts, labor and transport covered.
- Year two — parts only. Covered parts are supplied at no charge. Labor and transport are excluded and are your cost.
Damage in transit is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. It is handled as a freight claim instead, which is why we recommend insuring the shipment. See iCoolsport Shipping, Delivery & Returns below.
Warranty claims are handled through us. Contact support@motiontheorylabs.com with your order number and we will open the claim with iCoolsport on your behalf.
Keep your proof of purchase. It may be required for any claim.
iCoolsport Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is built to order and shipped internationally from Australia, iCoolsport sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Built to order. Production is typically 4-6 weeks. We confirm the current build time at the time of order — it is not a stocked item shipped the same week.
- Ships by express freight from Australia, normally DHL Express.
- Import duty and taxes are the customer's responsibility. This shipment is not delivered duty paid. Any customs duty, tariff or tax assessed by US customs is billed to you separately by the carrier and is not included in the price of the unit. Amounts vary and iCoolsport cannot quote them, so if that figure matters to your budget, check with a customs broker before you order.
Inspection and damage
- Inspect on arrival. Transport damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. This window is short and iCoolsport enforces it — photograph the crate and the unit before you sign and before you move it.
- Insure the shipment. Transit damage falls outside the manufacturer warranty, so on a shipment of this value transport insurance is worth taking. Ask us before you order.
Cancellations and returns
iCoolsport builds these to order, so the return terms are tighter than most of what we carry.
- No change-of-mind returns. There is no refund for a change of mind, a wrong selection, or finding a different product elsewhere. Please confirm sizing against your bath volume before ordering.
- Deposits are non-refundable. Where an order is secured with a deposit, that deposit is not returned if the order is canceled.
- Faulty or not as described. If the unit is faulty, significantly different from what was shown, or fails to do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. That is handled as a warranty return, not a change-of-mind return.
- Arrived damaged? That is a transport claim, not a return, and it must reach us within 24 hours of delivery. See the inspection terms above.
Not sure this is the right size for your bath? Ask us first. Sizing a chiller wrong is an expensive mistake and it takes us five minutes to check.
