The MiPod Elite is an all-in-one ice bath — the chiller, the circulation pump and the filtration are built into the shell, so there is no separate machine to house, plumb or hide. You fill it, plug it in, set a temperature, and it holds that temperature.
The shell is fiberglass throughout, built to marine-grade standards with a titanium heat exchanger and corrosion-resistant hardware. That matters more than it sounds: a bath that runs at 39°F around the clock, filled with treated water, is a genuinely hostile environment for cheap components. The Elite is engineered on the assumption that it never gets drained.

Elite, or Elite Remote?
This listing is the internal configuration — the chiller sits inside the pod. It is the right choice for most homes and for facilities where an outdoor condenser is impractical, and it is by far the simpler installation. It needs adequate ventilation around the unit.
The Remote configuration moves the chiller outside the pod, paired with an external Turbo Mini. It is what we would recommend for high-volume commercial use, where the extra cooling headroom and external filtration earn their cost. If you are running a gym, clinic or recovery studio, talk to us first — we can price the Remote build and the commercial filtration and sanitization packages.

Zero-step and two-step interior configurations are available. The specifications below are for the zero-step build, which includes a marine-grade stainless steel internal ladder. If you want the two-step interior, tell us before you order and we will confirm the build with the factory.
Electrical — read before ordering. A 5,000 W chiller is not a standard convenience-outlet appliance. Every Elite is built to order with the plug and supply specified for its destination, so tell us your location when you order and we will confirm the exact circuit requirement with the factory before your build starts. Warranty
The MiPod Elite carries a two-year manufacturer warranty, structured in two parts. The two years are not identical, and the difference is worth understanding before you buy.
- Year one — full repair or replace. A covered fault is repaired or the part replaced, with parts, labor and transport covered.
- Year two — parts only. Covered parts are supplied at no charge. Labor and transport are excluded and are your cost.
Damage in transit is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. It is handled as a freight claim instead, which is why we recommend insuring the shipment. See iCoolsport Shipping, Delivery & Returns below.
Warranty claims are handled through us. Contact support@motiontheorylabs.com with your order number and we will open the claim with iCoolsport on your behalf.
Keep your proof of purchase. It may be required for any claim.
iCoolsport Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it is built to order and shipped internationally from Australia, iCoolsport sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Built to order. Production is typically 4-6 weeks. We confirm the current build time at the time of order — it is not a stocked item shipped the same week.
- Ships by express freight from Australia, normally DHL Express.
- Import duty and taxes are the customer's responsibility. This shipment is not delivered duty paid. Any customs duty, tariff or tax assessed by US customs is billed to you separately by the carrier and is not included in the price of the bath. Amounts vary and iCoolsport cannot quote them, so if that figure matters to your budget, check with a customs broker before you order.
Inspection and damage
- Inspect on arrival. Transport damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. This window is short and iCoolsport enforces it — photograph the crate and the unit before you sign and before you move it.
- Insure the shipment. Transit damage falls outside the manufacturer warranty, so on a shipment of this value transport insurance is worth taking. Ask us before you order.
Cancellations and returns
iCoolsport builds these to order, so the return terms are tighter than most of what we carry.
- No change-of-mind returns. There is no refund for a change of mind, a wrong selection, or finding a different product elsewhere. Please confirm your configuration, color and space before ordering.
- Deposits are non-refundable. Where an order is secured with a deposit, that deposit is not returned if the order is canceled.
- Faulty or not as described. If the unit is faulty, significantly different from what was shown, or fails to do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. That is handled as a warranty return, not a change-of-mind return.
- Arrived damaged? That is a transport claim, not a return, and it must reach us within 24 hours of delivery. See the inspection terms above.
