The Hydrow Arc combines a 24-inch pivoting touchscreen with electromagnetic resistance and enhanced front-facing speakers. HydroMetrics performance feedback helps you follow your progress as you train.
Membership sold separately. A Hydrow membership is required for the full connected workout experience. This listing is for the rower only; membership, storage equipment and other accessories are not included.

Warranty
Hydrow’s Home Use Limited Warranty is included at no additional cost when you buy from an authorized Hydrow retailer. For residential, in-home use it covers:
- Structural frame: five years
- Components, screen and other electronics: twelve months. Hydrow counts the handle, strap, seat assembly and the hinge on the screen carriage as components.
- Labor: twelve months
Coverage is subject to the terms and exclusions in Hydrow’s Home Use Limited Warranty.
This residential warranty does not apply to commercial use. Contact Motion Theory Labs before purchasing for a commercial setting to confirm separate warranty options.
Hydrow Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Where the Hydrow-specific terms below differ, these terms govern.
Delivery
- Standard shipping is included in the price. The Arc ships direct from Hydrow in one box (91 × 18 × 33 in, 200 lb).
- Standard delivery is drop-off at your door. It does not include carrying the rower inside, assembly or packaging removal, so plan for two people to move the box.
- In-home delivery and assembly is available as an upgrade. Choose it under Delivery when you order.
- Hydrow’s direct-website shipping offers are not included in this listing.
Inspection and support
- Check the box and the rower when they arrive, and keep all of the packaging until everything has been checked. Report any damage or missing parts to Motion Theory Labs within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We work with Hydrow to arrange the repair or replacement.
- For setup help and everyday troubleshooting you can contact Hydrow’s customer support directly.
Returns and cancellations
Hydrow’s direct-purchase 30-day home trial is not included. Contact Motion Theory Labs before arranging a return or cancellation. Approved returns are subject to our 25% restocking fee and applicable return shipping costs.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
- Defective or damaged items are handled through the manufacturer warranty process — contact us at support@motiontheorylabs.com and we will assist
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
