The Golden Designs Reserve Edition 4-Person is the top of the Reserve line and the only one in it that seats four. Nine heaters — three PureTech™ near zero EMF far infrared carbon panels and six near infrared elements — across a 70-inch cabin. Full spectrum means near, mid and far infrared rather than a single wavelength.
It is the natural step up from the 3-Person Reserve, and it is a smaller step in price than in capacity. The other thing that changes is the electrical: where the 3-person needs a dedicated 120V / 20 AMP circuit, this cabin runs on two standard 120V / 15 AMP non-GFCI circuits instead. No 240V install, which is the specification that usually decides where a sauna this size can actually go.
Two Himalayan salt bars, an oversize chromotherapy lighting system with a dedicated red light feature, exterior accent lighting, and a touch screen panel carrying FM, Bluetooth and MP3 aux through built-in speakers. Bronze privacy tempered glass, black door handle and interior towel bar, natural reforested Canadian hemlock. The music runs through the touch screen rather than a physical radio.

Warranty
Golden Designs covers this sauna under its factory warranty. Coverage is split by component, so the headline number is not the whole picture and is worth reading.
- Heating elements and electronics: 5 years for residential use, 1 year for commercial use
- Wood and structure: 1 year limited
- Proof of purchase is required to make any claim. Keep your receipt showing the date of purchase.
- Indoor use only. Placing this sauna outdoors voids the warranty entirely, and damage from rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperature is not covered.
- Not transferable. Coverage ends if the sauna changes owners or is relocated.
- What is excluded: normal wear and weathering, alterations or modifications, misuse or abuse, and repairs performed by anyone other than Golden Designs authorized personnel. Surface cracks in the wood are normal behavior for timber and are not treated as defects.

Golden Designs Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships by freight rather than parcel, Golden Designs sets some terms that differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.
Delivery
- Curbside delivery only, with free lift gate service throughout the continental United States. The driver brings the pallet to the curb and no further. If you do not have a curb, live on a dirt road, or have a driveway an 18-wheeler cannot access, you may need to meet the driver at the nearest accessible point or pay additional delivery fees.
- Check your access before you order. Confirm the boxes will make it down any stairs and around any turns to the sauna's final location, that you have 6 to 18 inches of clearance above the cabin for assembly connections, and that your electrical service matches the specification above.
- Transit time: ships within 24 to 48 hours of order and payment authorization, then 7 to 14 days in transit. The carrier calls you to schedule an appointment, typically 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
- You have 2 business days to accept delivery once the sauna reaches your local terminal. After that, storage runs $100 per day.
Inspection, and your right to refuse
- A signature is required. Inspect every carton and note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged pallet is the one thing that makes a claim hard to win.
- All sauna boxes are delivered standing up. If they arrive lying flat on the pallet, the sauna was dropped. Check for exposed or damaged wood.
- You are entitled to refuse damaged freight. If it is obvious the sauna inside has been damaged or crushed, refuse the shipment outright. If you see damage but choose to accept anyway, describe it on the delivery receipt in detail — holes, dropped, tilted, not upright, ripped boxes, pressure damage.
- Open the boxes and report hidden damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim with Golden Designs from there. Same 48-hour window as our standard policy, but on a freight pallet it means opening cartons rather than just looking at the outside.
Cancellations and returns
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Shorter than our general policy, because Golden Designs releases freight quickly. After 24 hours a cancellation is treated as a return.
- Return freight is charged both ways, and the inbound leg is billed at 120% of the outbound cost, on top of our standard restocking fee. On a 560 lb freight item that is a significant number, so please be confident before ordering.
- Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the freight damage process above, or the warranty process, depending on what happened. Both are faster and neither costs you anything.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

A Post-Delivery Call
Freight is not parcel delivery. The window to report damage is short, often 24 to 48 hours from the moment you sign, and on some products transit damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty at all. The exact terms for this product are in the Shipping and Delivery section below.
That Window Is Why We Do Two Things Rather Than One
What We Send, and What the Call Covers
When your order ships, we send you a written inspection guide. How many boxes to expect, what it should look like coming off the truck, what to photograph, and what to note on the delivery receipt before you sign. A clean signature on a damaged shipment is what makes a claim hard to win, and you are entitled to refuse a damaged delivery, which is worth deciding before delivery day rather than with a driver waiting.
After it arrives, we call you. We schedule that call inside the reporting window rather than whenever is convenient, because once the window closes there is nothing left to do. It covers three things:
- That it arrived, and arrived intact. We go through what came off the truck and what you found when you checked it.
- Anything that did not. If there is damage, we take it from there. What to photograph, what to file, and we deal with the carrier.
- Who to contact for what. Warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer and we give you the name. Anything to do with delivery, freight, or damage in transit comes to us and we handle it.
Ten to fifteen minutes depending on what we find, included on every freight order. We schedule it, you do not have to chase us.
