Golden Designs Dynamic Fluid M550 Water Rower

The Dynamic Fluid M550 is the flagship rower in the Dynamic Fluid line, designed for health clubs and commercial gyms. What sets it apart is the layout: the twin tank is mounted to the side rather than in front, which makes the whole machine shorter than a conventional rower at under 77 inches long.

Resistance is Dynamic's patented variable fluid system, adjusted with a lever across ten levels. You get an instant catch, continuous load through the stroke, and the sight and sound of water moving through the tank, and the updated impeller delivers 15% more resistance than earlier Dynamic models.

The seat sits at office chair height for an easy step on and off, running on concealed low-friction rollers over hardened dual anodized aluminum rails. Height adjustable footplates with heel cradles and straps hold your feet in place.

The Bluetooth auto-adjust monitor reads the tank setting on its own and shows time, speed, distance, stroke rate, calories per hour and watts, with a built-in heart rate receiver. Heavy duty concealed transport wheels move it around the room. If you need vertical storage, the M350 offers it.

Dynamic Fluid Fitness equipment is warranted through Golden Designs. The terms are split by component, and the frame carries the longest one.

• Mechanical and all other non-wearing components: 2 years
• Wearing components: 1 year
• Rated for full commercial use. This is the use class the manufacturer publishes the warranty against.

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product. Because it ships directly from Golden Designs, some terms differ from those, and where they differ, the terms below govern.

Delivery

• Free shipping, directly from the Golden Designs warehouse in Ontario, California. Ships within 24 to 48 hours of order and payment authorization.
• Transit time depends on where you are: roughly 2 to 7 days on the West Coast, 4 to 7 days in Mountain time, 7 to 10 days in Central time and 10 to 14 days on the East Coast.
• Curbside delivery. The machine arrives boxed at about 158 lbs. Plan how you will move it from the curb to the room it will live in.
• Check your address and phone number at checkout. We confirm both with you before the order is released.

Inspection, and your right to refuse

• Inspect the carton before you accept it. If it is obvious the machine inside has been damaged or crushed, you are entitled to refuse the shipment. If you accept a damaged carton, describe the damage in detail on the delivery receipt before you sign.
• Open the box and report hidden damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim with Golden Designs from there.

Cancellations and returns

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Shorter than our general policy, because Golden Designs ships quickly. After 24 hours a cancellation is treated as a return.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the machine must be new, unused and in its original packaging. A machine that has been assembled and used cannot be returned.
• A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is charged both ways, with the inbound leg billed at 120% of the outbound cost. Please be confident in the model and the space before ordering.
• Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above, or the warranty process, depending on what happened. Neither costs you anything.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
• Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
• You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
• Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
