The Core Collab Ladder Barrel is the classic Pilates apparatus for spinal extension, flexibility and deep core work — a curved barrel paired with a ladder that opens the chest, mobilises the spine and stretches the hips through a range a reformer carriage cannot reach.
The ladder-to-barrel spacing adjusts to the user, so the same piece serves a tall client in full backbend and a rehabilitation patient working carefully through side stretches. It is a staple of teacher training and studio programming, and increasingly of serious home practice, because nothing else in the repertoire trains spinal articulation the same way.

Shipping
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Returns
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.
