Description
The Chilipad Cube is Sleepme's original, entry-level bed temperature system. A bedside control unit circulates temperature-controlled water through a pad that sits on top of your mattress, and it holds one temperature all night. It is built for people who want to set the bed and leave it.
There is no app, no account and no Wi-Fi to set up. Use the buttons on the unit or the included remote control. The pad itself carries only water, with no electrical wiring in the bed.
ME or WE? ME covers half of the bed with one temperature zone. WE covers the whole bed with two zones, so each side sets its own temperature. If you want schedules, app control and a nightstand remote, look at the Chilipad 2.0.

Delivery
- Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Ships direct from Sleepme in North Carolina by parcel carrier.
Returns
- Sleepme's 30-Night Sleep Trial applies only to purchases made directly from Sleepme and is not included with this listing.
- Returns follow our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Our Shipping Policy
All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- Free shipping on every order in the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), including freight delivery on large equipment. Nothing is added at checkout
- Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise noted
- You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
- Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we carry and want you to be confident in every purchase.
- Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
- Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
