The BestQool Pro300 is a 500W full body red light panel, and it is the entry point into our red light range. Everything else we carry in this category starts north of a thousand dollars. This is the one you can put in a spare room and find out whether red light earns a place in your week before committing to a blanket or a full system.
Three hundred dual-chip LEDs run four wavelengths rather than the usual two: 630nm and 660nm in the visible red band, 850nm and 940nm in near-infrared. Output measures 106 mW/cm² at three inches, which puts a thirty-minute session at roughly 190 J/cm². At six inches back the beam covers 46.5" by 17.4", so a standing session reaches most of the front or back of the body in one go.
The panel hangs from a door hook, mounts on a wall, or stands on its own feet. It also splices, meaning a second Pro300 bolts to the first to double the treated area. If you start with one and want more coverage later, you add rather than replace.
Three cooling fans, an auto timer on the side panel, and a measured 0 EMF at six inches.

Warranty
BestQool covers the Pro300 with a 2 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- A free 1 year extension is available, taking total coverage to 3 years, but you have to activate it with BestQool within 14 days of purchase. Miss that window and you keep the standard 2 years.
- What is excluded: physical damage, water damage, use contrary to the instructions, and any unauthorized modification to the unit.
- Claims within the first month of purchase include free shipping on the repair.
Warranty service is handled by Bestqool directly. Email help@bestqool.com with your order number, purchase date, and photos or video of the defect. Activate your warranty with Bestqool within 14 days of purchase to validate coverage and claim the free one year extension.

- Free shipping within the mainland United States.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.
- No restocking fee inside the 30 day window. This is better than our site-wide policy, and it is the term that applies here.
- Return shipping: you cover it on a change-of-mind return. If the return is for a quality issue, BestQool covers it.
- Once return instructions are issued, the prepaid label must be used within 7 business days.
- Original shipping fees, insurance, duties and taxes are not refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of the returned unit passing inspection.
- After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
