ANZZI 23L Bucket Towel Warmer

The ANZZI 23L Bucket Towel Warmer is a freestanding warmer that needs no installation: set it on the floor or a counter, plug it in, and it heats towels, robes or blankets in minutes. It is a simple way to finish a sauna session or a cold plunge wrapped in something warm.

The 23-liter drum holds up to two oversized 40" × 70" bath towels. An LED display sets a 20, 40 or 60 minute run, and a delay timer lets you schedule it ahead. A child lock and automatic shut-off add peace of mind, and a flip-top lid with side handles makes it easy to load and move. Drop a fragrance disc inside for a spa-style scent.

• Register within 90 days of delivery at anzzi.com/register to activate the warranty.
• Defective products or parts are replaced free of charge. Shipping, handling and labor are not covered.
• Residential use only. Commercial use is excluded.
• Not covered: damage from misuse, accidents, hard water or mineral deposits, corrosive materials, improper maintenance, alteration, or not following the care instructions.
• Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Delivery

• Shipping is free.
• Ships to the contiguous United States only. We cannot deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.
• Check the contents on arrival. Open the box and inspect the warmer before first use.

Inspection

• Report shipping damage within 48 hours, with photographs, to support@motiontheorylabs.com. We handle the claim from there.

Cancellations and returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used items are reviewed before a return can be approved.
• A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
• Return shipping is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Damaged or defective on arrival is not a return. It runs through the damage process above or the warranty process, depending on what happened.

All orders ship via the method best suited to the size and weight of the product. Smaller items ship via standard parcel carriers. Large items such as saunas and fitness equipment ship via LTL freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

• You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment for freight orders
• Inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — failure to note damage at delivery may affect your ability to file a claim

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition, less a 25% restocking fee
• Large freight items (saunas, fitness equipment) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, and you pay return shipping, including freight. Once opened, they are not eligible for return or refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
