Register within 30 days of delivery at service.kahunachair.com. The warranty is void if registration is not received in that window.

This chair ships by freight and weighs hundreds of pounds, so returns work differently than they would on a small parcel item. Worth reading before you order.
- Unopened returns only. The chair must be unopened and in its original packaging to qualify. Once opened, it is not eligible for return or refund.
- A restocking fee applies to every approved return. Contact us for the exact percentage before you buy if that affects your decision.
