Freight is not parcel delivery. The window to report damage is short, often 24 to 48 hours from the moment you sign, and on some products transit damage is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty at all. The exact terms for this product are in the Shipping and Delivery section below.

That window is why we do two things rather than one.

What we send, and what the call covers

When your order ships, we send you a written inspection guide. How many boxes to expect, what it should look like coming off the truck, what to photograph, and what to note on the delivery receipt before you sign. A clean signature on a damaged shipment is what makes a claim hard to win, and you are entitled to refuse a damaged delivery, which is worth deciding before delivery day rather than with a driver waiting.

After it arrives, we call you. We schedule that call inside the reporting window rather than whenever is convenient, because once the window closes there is nothing left to do. It covers three things:

That it arrived, and arrived intact. We go through what came off the truck and what you found when you checked it.
Anything that did not. If there is damage, we take it from there. What to photograph, what to file, and we deal with the carrier.
Who to contact for what. Warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer and we give you the name. Anything to do with delivery, freight, or damage in transit comes to us and we handle it.

Ten to fifteen minutes depending on what we find, included on every freight order. We schedule it, you do not have to chase us.

The Dreampod Mineral Soaker takes the epsom salt bath concept and builds it into a fully automated, luxury soaking tank — dial the water above standard float temperature for a deep, magnesium-rich soak that works on the body from the inside out. Built as the natural counterpart to the Ice Bath: one covers cold therapy, the other covers hot.

Hand-polished fiberglass construction with a double-hull GRP base and foam insulation holds temperature from 37°F to 104°F. Auto mode keeps the solution at a set temperature and runs filtration and chemical dosing without manual intervention, and multi-color LED lighting sets the mood for the soak. Compatible with a range of mineral salts beyond epsom — Himalayan pink, Celtic gray, Hawaiian Alaea — for a customizable soak.

Delivery Notice: Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. only. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment, with delivery typically in 5–8 days via curbside freight (ABF/UPS). Outside the contiguous U.S., shipping is evaluated case by case.

Dreampod warrants the Mineral Soaker against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years on all fiberglass construction and 1 year on electronic and mechanical components (pump, heater, filtration, control system), from date of purchase. Due to the size and nature of this product, returns are subject to Dreampod's return policy:

All return and refund communication is handled directly by Motion Theory Labs as the authorized retailer
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase
Once received, the item is inspected before a refund is issued
Refund is issued for the amount paid minus original shipping cost — return shipping is the customer's responsibility and non-refundable
A restocking fee applies to all approved returns — contact us for the exact percentage before purchasing if this is a concern
