elina-pilates-ped-and-pull
Elina Pilates Ped & Pull

The Elina Pilates Ped & Pull is the piece of classical apparatus most studios skip and most physiotherapists wish they had. A stainless steel post carrying two spring-loaded handles, it trains shoulder mechanics and postural awareness standing up, in roughly the footprint of a bar stool.

It earns its place with people who cannot yet load a reformer. Shoulder and upper-back injuries respond to exactly this kind of controlled, low-load spring resistance, and because the work is done standing, the user builds core strength and balance at the same time as they rebuild the shoulder. Elina designed the base in a heart shape so the feet can sit either side of the post rather than behind it, which is what lets the movement stay square.

It free-stands on the weighted maple base, or the post can be anchored to a wall if the floor space is needed for something else. Built in Beriain, Spain.

Specifications

Base: 48 × 60 cm (18.9 × 23.6 in), non-slip heart-shaped wood

Overall width: 57 cm (22.4 in)

Adjustable height: to 2.30 m (7 ft 6 in) maximum

Post: Stainless steel, height adjustable, wall-mountable as an alternative to the base

Springs: 2 medium intensity (green)

Spring position: Horizontally adjustable, 3 positions

Handles: 2 padded

Manufacturer item code: ELN 500021

What's included

1 × stainless steel pole, height adjustable

2 × medium intensity springs (green)

2 × padded handles

Anti-slip wooden base

Elina Pilates Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Our standard Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy cover this product.
